When the beautiful dancer Salome learns that the dwarf circus owner Marcel has just received an inheritance, she marries the lovesick, diminutive performer, all the while planning to steal his fortune and run off with her lover, strong man Sansone. Rajaditya belongs to that class of people who have a very deep-rooted ancestral legacy in North Kolkata. The museum becomes home to objects with varying histories ranging from the Partition, religion, citizenship and murder. His Uncle's vision of smashing the old property and selling it off to real-estate buyers confronts Rajaditya with choices between dreams and reality. There is a bridge between them.
